This is a request, not a live calendar. We read it, work out which slot the work actually needs, and call you back with two or three times that fit. Nothing is charged at this stage and no deposit is taken for bench time.

What happens next

We read it, usually within a few hours
During open hours the request lands with whoever is at the desk. Evening and Sunday requests get picked up the following morning.

We call with options
Two or three slots, and a note if we think you have requested the wrong service. That happens often and it usually saves you money rather than costing it.

You confirm and we hold the bay
No deposit for bench time. Component orders take a deposit later, once you have decided.

Bring the bag
All of it, including the clubs you have written off. The gap you cannot explain is often in one of those.
Before you book, two honest notes
If you have played fewer than a handful of rounds ever, a fitting is premature. Come back after a season. We will say the same thing on the phone and we would rather not take the money.
If your only question is whether your grips are shot, do not book a session. Drop the bag off, we will look at it at the counter for nothing, and you will have an answer in ten minutes.
